Description

Econocraft laminators are designed to:

Automate the application of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes such as transfer tape, vinyl, sandblast or acid-resistant tape, premask, adhesive film, and clear polyester
Operate at a speed up to 25 feet per minute with materials up to 1-inch thick and 30 to 60 inches wide
Operate on 110 volts, 4 amps. 220 volt operation is available

Standard Features

Easily adjustable laminating roller opening allows operators to work with different thickness materials
Scrap rewind with an adjustable clutch to take up the release liner found on many pressure-sensitive films
Supply roll tension knobs apply tension to the film or tape being applied to eliminate wrinkles
Variable-speed motor operation enables operators to apply different materials to different substrates
Reverse drive switch enables operators to back material out of the laminating rollers or correct material wrap-around
Foot switch to free hands to align and feed work
Stand

** LEDCO laminating equipment is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years after date of shipment.

Options

A pre-feed slitter attachment to cut material on the supply roll for application to narrower substrates, for multiple-up production, or for striping
Bottom supply roll assembly provides for roll-fed application of materials, such as transfer tape or transfer adhesive
Precision feed tray for exact feeding of same-size material
