![]() CBS Warranty and Return Policy Guidelines Our goal is to maintain the highest standard of customer service. Below are our warranty and return policy guidelines for our various product lines: Folding Carts: Every CBS Go-Cart brand folding cart comes with a 1-year limited warranty that begins at the original date of purchase. Although all of our Go-Carts are made with superior quality plastics, their life span can significantly decrease with misuse. For optimal performance, we recommend not exceeding the weight limit, banging the cart against hard surfaces, or hauling the cart up and down stairs. Small carts can hold up to 75 lbs., large and bungee carts can hold up to 150 lbs., and our folding metal luggage carriers hold up to 80 lbs. Within the first 30 days of use, if a cart should fail we will replace the cart at no charge and we will also ship the replacement cart to the customer at our expense. For the remainder of the warranty period, we will replace the cart at no charge and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the replacement cart. This warranty also covers customized carts, although the replacement cart is not guaranteed to be screenprinted; we do not warranty the screenprint itself. Some replacement parts are also available for minor breaks and malfunctions. Duplo Duplicators and Supplies: CBS has one of the finest warranties in the business on Duplo duplicators and supplies. Many of our duplicators feature a 15-year or 15-million copy limited warranty. Please contact one of our Duplo sales representatives at the number above for more detailed information. Xyron, Epson, Ellison, Ledco: For our other product lines warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Please check product documentation for the customer service number of the manufacturer of the product you purchased. If you cannot locate the number, please call or email us and we will assist you in making sure the problem is handled to your complete satisfaction. If a returned item is still in its original sealed box and in sellable condition, we will typically refund the entire purchase price, less shipping. If the box has been opened, we may charge a small re-stocking fee (typically 15%). |
