Great Fall Die-Cuts!
I came across E-Complete by accident and spoke with Karen. She was so helpful. Got our school to approve the purchase of 5 new fall leaf die-cuts. We are so enjoying them. I had ordered the item I needed from another (giant) company. After waiting six days I saw it had not even shipped out yet. I promptly cancelled the order, found the item here and decided to take a chance. Wow! Placed the order, it shipped out a few hours later, and I will get it in plenty of time for my project! Wow. Amazing Customer Service.
I needed to order an item and so I could use it the next day in New York. The shipping department at CBS E-Complete had already closed, but the Customer Service Rep spoke to her supervisor and got approval to help me. She went out to the warehouse, got the item, filled out the FedEx form and personally took it the FedEx office on her way home from work. It arrived in perfect condition and really helped me finish a project on time. I highly recommend this company. AND I already have. It was an extraordinary act of kindness.Kevin

Phone order success
"I was looking for a pad for my Big Shot and couldn't find one because as I found out later, it had changed and I wasn't looking for the right thing. But thanks to the wonderful lady at CBS E-Complete, she found it for me, took my order and had it in the mail all in one easy phone call. Large Go-Carts with lids
I highly recommend these carts. They have a great capacity and store efficiently in a small space. They are rugged and durable. The only time I have had to replace any carts under warrantly the service was superb!Dana S.
good customer service makes up for slow shipping!
I originally was very unhappy with this purchase, as the shipping rates are pretty high and my item wasn't even shipped for 12 days after my order. Upon complaining, the company apologized for not notifying me immediately that the item was back-ordered, and helped me out with the shipping costs. I was very impressed with the immediate response, apology and willingness to make me a happy customer. I will shop here again. thank you very much!nonono!
I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec
I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 18th, and it didn't arrive until the 28th. I received a quick response to the complaint I offered. CBS ended up shipping my order in a reasonable time, but the delivery system was much slower than I thought it would be during the holiday season. (I always use another system, and I had no problems receiving my other gifts in time. Consequently, I didn't know to be concerned) If you need something to arrive by a particular date, I would suggest calling the company to see what would be the best way to ship. I think it would be good for CBS to suggest that customers call (perhaps where shipping costs are listed)if there is any question about arrival time. Part of my item arrived broken, and I was told that shipping costs will be refunded, and the item will be replaced. These were just offered, so I haven't seen either as I write this review. I am trusting their word.Rhonda

Shipping to Canada can create real hassle and expense but CBS went way out of their way reduce costs for me. UPS charged me extortionate ""brokerage fees"" and when CBS heard my tale of woe they jumped in and absorbed the cost out of their own pocket !!!"
